Look... it's a bird, it's a plane, it's seven Super Heroes making a guest appearance during Chapel!"
On Wednesday, we had the privilege of a special visit from Spider Man, Ironman, The Hulk, Captain America, Superwoman, Wolverine, and Bat Man! During our time with them, we learned that they each have some pretty amazing talents that they use to protect and help people. However, it was revealed through God's Word that there is only one true ALL powerful Super Hero, and that is Jesus! Using ink to represent our sin, we splattered it across the Hulk's white shirt, giving a visual aide to show how ugly sin is and how sin stained what was once pure and clean. Quickly, the Super Heroes learned that none of them had the ability to remove and forgive sins. Only Jesus, our true Super Hero, has this ability. Through our trust and belief in Him, we also have the gift of being with Him forever in Heaven, and that is more amazing than any fictitious Super Hero power!
It is our prayer that your family experiences an amazing school year, knowing that in all circumstances, Our God Can and will work in powerful ways!
